I had the opportunity to meet him in Las Vegas where I live and chat with him. He is a very calm type of person and is very into what he does. I would recommend his program to anyone with a goal to put on some muscle mass and gain weight or gain muscle with shedding fat to get that lean look. In this Body Beast workout, he really knows how to push you and keep you going. His style is different from that of Tony Horton form P90X, but seems to be entertaining, passionate, and just right for the Body Beast and those wanting to get strong and big.
What Does Body Beast Consist Of?
Body Beast is a 90 day Dynamic Set Training™ style program that will get your muscles to the fatigue stage of begging for mercy. You will be introduced to Single Sets, Super Sets, Drop Sets, Giant Sets, Progressive Sets, Tempo Sets, and more. By going through this process, it will result in huge gains.

Body Beast comes with “2 training schedules” to cater to your fitness goals. If your only goal is to get huge, then you will want to follow the Huge Beast Schedule. If you want to lose fat, you will follow the Lean Beast Schedule which will have more cardio workouts to shed the unhealthy fat covering up your muscles.
Both schedules are tough. Just because the Lean schedule may sound more towards the easier side, it will get you working for your results just as much as the Huge Beast schedule together with the Book of Beast that will guide you through a specific 3 phase eating plan. Required Equipment For Body Beast Success
So you probably want to know what equipment is needed for the Body Beast workout. I searched around for this information and there seems to be very minimal information about this question as a consumer interested in buying this program. So, after a little research, I found it on the Beachbody website Body Beast announcement section. I was afraid that you would have to go out and purchase a full gym for your house but that is not necessarily true. It is however, recommended to have a full dumbbell set to pure enjoyment of this Body Beast program, but you can do with minimal equipment as well if you are on a tight budget.
As I have recommended before, if you want to go the dumbbell way, then you can get the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells (Pair). This will save you tons of money in buying a while dumbbell collection of weights you will barely use.

Let’s be honest guys. Before you go out and buy the weights and stuff from the links I provided, go out and see if you can get some cheap weights locally or from Craigslist so you don’t have to pay shipping and stuff like that.
