“What is P90X?”, is a common question I get from people interested in taking their fitness to another level. My answer is simple. “It’s an extreme in home workout program designed to get you fit and healthy in 90 days.”

But what is P90X and how does it fulfill Beachbody’s promise of a leaner and healthier body for almost everyone?
What Is P90X & How Does It Work?
