Stretching is very important but most people tend to jump right into the workouts without properly getting ready. The key is to focus on being able to learn the right stretches for your certain activity so that your body will be primed and ready for the specific movements and angles your body will be performing. When I started P90X in February 2011, I did it with a very tight financial budget. I was in the worst shape of my life so I made the decision that I was going to do the 90 day program, and that I was going to do it right, and that meant to follow the P90X diet plan. I knew that the only way to be successful, was to totally commit from Day 1.
The reason I want to write this article is to let you know that following proper nutrition during the program is key, and that you don’t have to follow all the recipes to a “T”. I didn’t. However, I used it as a guideline to buy the things I could afford that would give me the same calories, carbs, and quality proteins that were shown in the book.
Incorporating P90X diet plan in your fitness goals is certainly one of the best ways to kick-start your 90-day challenge. But what disturbs me the most is the fact that many people signing-up for the P90X program always have this propensity to cut corners.

P90X exercise program has been a life-changing journey for me.
