I am not one to say that I know how it feels to be pregnant. What I do know is that being a father of 3 boys, I have been around many mother’s and expectant mother’s and one thing most of them have in common is the increased volume in eating during pregnancy and the unknown in diet and weight loss during pregnancy. Some women wonder how exercise will help them during the nine months or will just plain
dieting be good enough to maintain and hold a tolerable weight for post pregnancy.
